Scary stuff--this and Niall Ferguson's article below. Scarier than a horror film--because it's so much more plausibly imminent. I will spend the rest of the day reading Weber's The Ethic of Protestantism and the Spirit of Capitalism for a class presentation. It should be quite soothing.
I thought Niall was being generous. :) Ever hear of Stefan's law? Stefan was the guy who said Murphy was an optimist. LOL! :) Just kidding - I think we're in for a tough year but with smart and prudent policies from O - we should start to see an upswing in 2010 and possibly a worldwide boom in 2011
